Why is my account suspended?

If you receive an "account suspended" notice, most likely this is due to one of two things:
  1. You may have only signed up for the demo account of our service. This means that your account will automatically self-suspend after 14 days unless it is extended or purchased and activated.
  2. Or, it may be due to a billing issue. If it is a billing issue, you will have received an email stating what the issue is, and what is needed in order to have your account unsuspended.
Billing issues can be corrected online by logging into your shopping cart administration, going to the "My Account" section of the cart, and clicking "Edit My Billing Info" then entering the corrected information.
