UPDATE: Retry button for UNKNOWN orders
A merchant can now click a "process" button in the "Search My Orders" utility to retry any unknown orders. The process button will also appear for any "EmailOrders" so that the merchant can easily process these types of transactions.
A merchant no longer needs to manually type in the CC and Billing info into their gateway.
After 30 days a transaction will no longer be able to use the new "process" option. The merchant will need to contact the shopper to get their payment information if the merchant wishes to bill after this 30 day period.
