New marketing preferences question

You can now ask your shoppers for permission to contact them about special offers. The answer to the marketing question will appear in the CSV download file as well as in the "extra header information" that appears when using the "Print My Orders" utility.

You can enable this new feature by logging into your shopping cart and going to "Advanced Settings"
