The timeframe for recurring billing is now merchant configured.

Recurring billing used to run at 11am MDT. Now the merchant can pick the time.

We do not recommend that any merchants choose between 2am - 7am MDT as we have several gateways that periodically go down for scheduled maintenance during that time.
