New User Permissions

New User Permissions have been created

Update Order Info - the ability to charge/capture an order. As well as to enter tracking number data.

Void Order Info - the ability to void an order

All administration user names have been automatically granted these new rights. However any additional user names created using the "Orders Passwords" areas will need to have the rights added manually.
