UPDATE QuickBooks Web Connector

Added support for colons ":" in part numbers

Added support for importing orders as "Estimates"

Added support for importing orders as "Sales Orders", this only works for QuickBooks Enterprise/Premier

Updated a few error messages to be more helpful. Specifically the "Could not open QuickBooks" error... we now tell the merchant to make sure the correct QuickBooks company file is open.... the error usually comes from not having the proper FILE open..... not from QuickBooks itself failing to load.
