UPDATE: USPS, UPS, FedEx shipping update

Each of these shipping methods can now be configured with its own individual

Free Shipping Threshold
and
Additional Shipping Charge

The Fee Shipping Threshold will make is to the shipping is not charged if the order goes over the dollar amount specified

The Additional Shipping Charge will add the amount specified to any value that the shipping method would normally charge.

These features can be accessed by
1) log in
2) go to step #6 Shipping Options
3) select "Approved Shipping Methods"
4) approve the method select it and press "configure"
