New shipping by ZONES method

You can now setup you own shipping "zones" by the customers zip code.

You will need to specify the zones by denoting which zip codes belong to which zone. Then select a shipping table for each zone to use.

This is all done from inside the "Shipping Options" step of the administration tool.
