The "Check for errors" page is a very useful tool found here:
  1. Login to the shopping cart administration area
  2. My Account
  3. Check For Errors

For merchants that are not familiar with this page it goes through all your configuration options and scans for common issues/problems that you may have with your shopping cart configuration.

We have recently updated the scan to search for insecure images/scripts/includes and other HTML problems within your custom messages.

If you have not recently checked this page then we recommend you do to ensure your shopping cart is running smoothly.

This page shows you all the recent errors that you and your shoppers have received while using the shopping cart.
