Intermittent UPS issues

UPS is experiencing technical problems on their end that is preventing the shopping cart from requesting UPS shipping rates. We have contacted them and they are working to resolve the issue.

9-6-2011 UPDATE: UPS appears to be back online. However, their staff says they may still have a couple intermittent problems.
