Changes to invoice numbering system

The old method for invoice numbers separated orders by OnlineOrder, EmailOrder, and FaxMailOrder. With each having its own numbering system. This caused problems with some payment gateways that only allow for invoice numbers to be used once. To prevent this problem, we are combining all the invoices to use the same numbering system. They will still be identified by their invoice type, but will all share the same invoice number counting system. This will allow us to help correct the incompatibilities with the invoice numbers and some payment gateways.

Note: This may cause your invoice number to jump on 1/7/2003... these orders are not lost, this is simply a result of the upgrade.
