4-4-2016    UPS shipping issues.
There has been a recent issue where UPS has been returning no rate information on occasion. There doesn't seem to be a whole lot of reason why.

We have opened a ticket with UPS to have them look into the issue.

April 6th update:

We just received the following response from UPS.

Technical Support / Developer Resources - Post-integration

Thank you for your response. I received confirmation from the next level of support that the cause of the issue was found and resolve. The API should be working as normal now.
