CAPTCHA for checkout

CAPTCHA can now be required during checkout process. Once enabled all customers will need to pass the captcha check in order to process an order.

To enable it
1) Login
2) Go to step 4 "Payment/Gateway Settings"
3) Enable "Require a CAPTCHA for all transactions"
4) Save
