BUGFIX: Coupons & Discounts

We found that some discounts were applying to large if a discount per product.

For example, if you had a $20 one time only discount... and your product only cost $4.95 it may under certain instances apply the remainder of the unused discount to other products.

This has been corrected. A coupon/discount can no longer be applied that is larger than the original products price.
