UPDATE: Shopping cart quantities

The shopping cart was originally designed to allow for fractional quantities (ie 1.5). We have found that many of our customers do not want to allow this ability of the shopping cart.

We have updated the shopping cart to not allow for these quantities unless the merchant specifically sets the cart up to allow them.

To re-enable the fractional quantities:
1) login
2) go to step #8 other information
3) check "Allow Fractional Quantities (eg 1.5) In The Shopping Cart"
4) save
