LinkPoint Basic payment gateway updates

The LinkPoint Basic payment gateway integration has recently been modified by cardservice. We have updated the shopping cart to reflect the new requirements for this payment gateway.

New fields for electronic check transactions.

As well as the ability for merchants to set the "Type of Transaction Process" inside of step #4 of the shopping cart. If you had previously contacted cardservice to change your "Transaction Type" to "sale" you will want to login and set the "Type of Transaction Process".
