Updated gateway integration "PayPal PDT"

The shopping cart has been integrated with PayPal for some time. However, we are now integrated with "PayPal PDT".

Payment Data Transfer (PDT) enables the shopping cart to authenticate PayPal payments in real-time. This will allow you to use additional shopping cart features such as ESD and Gift Certificates.
