eFulfillmentService download format

Added a new download format for eFulfillmentService.com this is available to any merchants whom have purchased the extra "QuickBooks File" formats in our CSV download tool.

1) Login
2) Extra Features
3) QuickBooks File
4) Make sure to select "eFulfillmentService.com" as your file format

Note: If you cannot see the listed file format, then you have not yet purchased the QuickBooks upgrade feature for the shopping cart.
