NEW Quantity Shipping Table

Similar to the PRICE and WEIGHT tables that have existed for years. We now offer a table that calculates the shipping price based on the total quantity ordered.

Merchants have long been able to create a table that worked very similar to this by making a WEIGHT table, and pretending that all their products weigh 1 pound. Merchants no longer need to fake the weights of their products (witch will cause problems with other shipping methods) they can now simply use a quantity table instead.
