Many Updates

1. The ability to remove the 'Total may not include...' text from the view cart screen has been added to step 9.

2. You can choose whether to charge tax by shipping or billing state. Step 5.

3. You can choose wether or not to show the special order instructions field. Step 9.

4. There are now 2 lines displayed for the billing and shipping address field during checkout.
