Optional email receipt for FaxMailOrders

Many FaxMailOrder customers were getting confused that they may have placed an actual order due to the email receipt they received when placing a FaxMailOrder.

This is no longer the default. Only OnlinOrders and SecureEmailOrders will receive notification. If you still wish FaxMailOrders receipts to be emailed to your customers you may login to the administration tool and check the box in step #8 marked "Send email copy to Fax/Mail order customers"
